准备工作：iPhone4，电脑Windows XP ，itunes 10.5 beta 7 for Windows，ios5系统
第一步下载所需文件：
开始工作
第一步下载上面3个所需文件
第二步检查hosts文件，打开路径：C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc 用“记事本”方式打开hosts文件并把以下蓝色部分内容复制进去覆盖（安全起见覆盖前先复制一份到别的文件夹中起）。PS：此举是借鉴威锋论坛锋友之手法，（PS:不知原因，我照做了，顺利完成刷机）

第三步将下载好的itunes安装，前提是要彻底卸载前期电脑中已有的版本，最好重启（本人用CCleaner彻底清理注册表等等）
第四步将iPhone4关机并连接上itunes进入DFU模式（按住开关机键3秒--保持按住电源键+Home键10秒--松开电源键+保持按住HOME键15秒 此时你的手机为黑屏 或者 USB+itunes画面）PS：我的手机是显示USB+itunes画面
第五步用UltraISO提取ios 5 GM 固件DMG格式的IPSW。因为我们下载的固件是dmg格式的，mac系统可以直接用，windows的话只能使用ipsw的固件才行，其实它已经包含在我们的dmg固件里面，我们要做的就是用UltraISO提取出来，下面图文介绍：
第六步前提是iPhone4已经在DFU模式，按住shift的同时鼠标点击itunes上面的restore按钮并选择刚提取好的ipsw格式的固件，选择完毕后itunes会有一个提示框，点击restore就可以了，接下来就是等待ios 5升级完成（注意期间不要乱动啦，直至iPhone4完成升级，重启后出现ios 5界面为止）
